For Those With Big Dreams
Jul 14, 2022Here’s what I wish someone had said to me about going after my dreams when I was younger …
There may be lost of people putting themselves out there and having success but that doesn’t mean that there isn’t any space for you.
There is always space for more and there most certainly is space for you.
You have your uniqueness to contribute. You have your own purpose to express.
Do it.
Don’t question it. Don’t doubt yourself. Don’t drive yourself crazy trying to perfect the words you’re going to choose or the way you’re going to present yourself.
Just be you and do you.
That is enough.
No matter what the voices in your head might say. Don’t listen to the insecurities, the fears, the doubts. They only feel real but they’re not true.
Listen to you calling instead. Your heart. Your soul. Your spirit. Whatever it is and whatever you call it. Listen to that and be guided by it.
Show up for it and show up for yourself.
Expressing yourself in your unique way is a huge part of healing and self-empowerment.
Finally, you get to use your voice. Finally, you get to speak your truth. Finally, you stand in your power.
Those who don’t get it aren’t your people and that’s ok.
Everyone needs to hear a different message, a different truth.
Don’t stop sharing your message because it’s not for everyone. Let those that need to hear it find it so keep spreading it to make it easy for them.
Imagine how different your life would have been had you heard the message you needed to hear then …
Imagine if you had started pursuing your dreams unwaveringly then …
Imagine if you had never questioned them or yourself and just done your thing …
But don’t worry, it’s never too late.
Today is your day.
Right now is when you start. And that you start is all that matters.
You’re worthy of your dreams.
You’ve got everything you need to make them come true.
Just have fun with it.
When you do something you love in a way that you love, you’ve already made it and you cannot possibly fail.
Dream big.
You’ve got this.
With Love, Marlena
